As the Managing Director, Ms. Perraud heads the New York program staff and liaises between FSVC’s main headquarters in New York and its field staff around the world.  Prior to joining FSVC, Ms. Perraud was a Senior Associate Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York.  Ms. Perraud holds an MSc in international law and finance from HEC Paris and a BA in politics, philosophy and economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
