From 1991 to 1998, FSVC worked in the Czech Republic (Czechoslovakia at the time) by assisting the Central Bank in its efforts to develop an electronic payment system and navigate the newly privatized economic landscape.  In 2003, FSVC provided technical assistance to Czech Republic by improving central banking supervision frameworks and credit risk management.
