As a Program Officer, Ms. Tamabayeva supports project implementation in Kazakhstan.  Ms. Tamabayeva has an extensive background in environmental management and international cooperation.  She holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Alaska and has over a decade of experience in sustainable development.  She has worked with international organizations including UNDP, GIZ, USAID, and the World Bank, focusing on climate change, green economy, and low-carbon development.  Her expertise includes project coordination, stakeholder engagement, policy analysis, and sustainability reporting.
